Overall this set is in excellent condition for the age. It includes all four minifigs with accessories. 3 of the leaf pieces are broken (missing the leaves from them) and it is missing two slope pieces for the back. It comes with the instructions - without flaws, and the original box that shows wear.

It is shown built in the photos but I''ve taken it apart for shipping. It will be shipped in the box.
