Gently used Prismacolor dual tip fine/ chisel makers. I bought for art school and used only twice. They are in great condition, and alcohol based and all working (a couple have one end that is slightly dry, but if you spray with alcohol they are as good as new). I have only used a few of them. They retail for $5-$8 each. There are a few repeat colors, but an amazing collection for a great price. Free shipping is included!!
