Ships in its original box, as shown. Responds to all command settings on play ball. Has a free accompanying app- see manual for instructions. We never utilized it. Front view window of box has slight separation of cardboard at seam (see pic 2)- does not affect usage or shipping/storage protection. Smoke free pet free home.
