comes as pictured. fully functional. has scrapes and is missing the wing. comes with battery and charger. battery was fully charged tested the car and the battery sat for three weeks and still tested good and had a charge, slot of these old batteries loose a charge after a day or two if there going bad. used has scrapes scuffs and is used but functions as it should.
