Phone powers on. Screen and back may have some light scratches.
The phone boots to the restore screen and needs to be restored/repaired. I have no idea about unlock stats or if its IC locked. I would say its a safe bet that it is IC locked though. Therefore I recommend that you please do not buy this phone unless you need it for parts. For sale ASIS. I have several of these phones that do not boot and others that are IC locked. Contact me if you are interested in ordering multiple units at a discount.
