please see photo. the left 1/3 of the screen can''t be seen. the phone is fully functional and that part of the screen can still be accessed via touch but can''t be seen. I add this because perhaps that gives a clue as to what needs to be replaced. voice activation works as well so it''s fully functional with a huge caveat that you cannot see the 1/3 of the screen.
