Brand new never used. My dad bought as a gift for my daughter and he got the wrong one. She opened the box without asking first and that is why the box is ripped. The covering on the tablet itself has never been removed, you can see one part is ripped, also from my daughter and that was the point we realized she was opening it. Otherwise completely brand new.
