You must have Verizon service for this to work! It is cleared and ready for a new home. I will not accept returns for service issues. You will need to set up service with Verizon then download the GizmoHub App and scan the QR Code on the watch to complete setup.

Gently used. Face has regular wear from a child with no major scratches or cracks. Charges great and to 100%. Band has slight discoloring from darker clothing rubbing on it. Extra bands can be purchased if desired. Includes watch, charger with USB end (needs wall piece), and box. The box was in a closet and is a bit smooshy as seen in pics.

I will ship in a bubble mailer to keep it under .5 lbs since the box is already damaged anyway. Please ask any questions prior to purchase. We never had any issues with this, and it was great to send with my daughter to school to send quick messages or make quick calls and to check GPS of her location.
