Small imperfections shown in image. Does not come with charger. I do not have the original box but I will ship in the box my new watch came in. Will come with clear plastic faceplate as well. It is an older version so the battery life is not what it used to be. I have found keeping it on Greyscale make its last throughout the day for me.
