This little speaker is awesome. It is a dialogue clarifying speaker for the hard of hearing. It actually works because I used it for a short time. I believe there are six levels of clarity to choose from. Bad hearing runs in my family and it''s hard for us to tell what people are saying sometimes. Like everything is muffled. The speaker is great and I paid $130 for it. But.. I don''t watch TV any more so I don''t need it. I no longer have the manual and it''s a little tricky to get it set up but I''m sure you can look it up online or on youtube. Maybe I''m just a 43-year-old dinosaur
